product description:
DW dehydration dryer is a kind of special type equipment researched and developed on the basis of the traditional mesh belt dryer. It has strong pertinence, practicability and high energy efficiency. It is widely used in the dehydration and drying of various regional and seasonal vegetables and fruits. Such as: garlic slices, pumpkin, devil's-tongue konjac, white radish, yam, bamboo shoots, etc. When we manufacture equipment for our customers, we design and produce the most suitable for users according to the characteristics of the required dry products, the user's process requirements, and the experience accumulated over the past ten years. It is the best quality vegetable drying equipment.
Working principle:
The dewatering dryer consists of main parts such as feeder, drying bed, heat exchanger and dehumidifying fan. When the dryer is working, the cool air is heated by the heat exchanger, and the natural air circulation is adopted to make the hot air flow through the drying material on the bed surface for uniform heat exchange, so the hot air flows in each unit of the body is subjected to the hot air circulation under the action of the circulating fan. Finally, the air with low temperature and high humidity is discharged; finishing the whole drying process is completed smoothly and efficiently.
Performance features:
The operating speed of drying area, air pressure, air volume and drying temperature mesh belt can be adjusted to meet the characteristics and quality requirements for vegetables. According to the properties and type of vegetables, different processes- therefore necessary auxiliary equipment can be added.
Adapt to materials:
It can satisfy the dry of large-scale continuous production of vegetable materials such as roots, stems and leaves, strips, lumps, flakes and large granules, while retain the nutrition and color of the products to the maximum extent. Typical raw materials are: garlic slices, pumpkin, carrots, devil's-tongue (konjac), yam, bamboo shoots, horseradish, onions, apples, etc.
