GYPG series wide-spectrum high-pressure spray dryer ("National Five-Year" national key scientific research project). The machine is fully enclosed, all parts are made of stainless steel, equipped with a three-stage purification device, the filtered air reaches up to 100,000 cleanroom requirements, and the material is equipped with an automatic cleaning device. It belongs to the vertical descending and  cocurrent flow type pressure spray dryer. Its wall of tower has no adhesive phenomenon. And this machine has wide applicability. By adjusting the pressure of the high pressure feed pump, the atomization pressure can reach 1-20Mpa, which can reach the requirement for drying immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine containing 20-30% of solid content. The finished product has an average particle size of 40-1 20 mesh. The large particle size can eliminate the granulation process and achieve one-step dry granulation. Powder granulation, increase the particle size, reduce the powder content in the finished product, uniform particles, low bulk density, good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility. It is suitable for the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine granules, powders, capsules and other proprietary medicines or combination preparation.
Principle:
The wide-spectrum high-pressure spray drying device is the application of pressure spray drying technology in the drying of wide range specific materials.
The high-pressure pump is used to transfer the material to the nozzle to disperse the material into a mist shape, and fully contact with the parallel bundle of hot air to complete the instant drying to form a drying device for powder or granular finished products.
The difference between the wide-spectrum high-pressure spray drying device and the ordinary pressure nozzle spray drying device is that the air pollution is solved. The primary, middle and high-efficiency three-pole filtration, low hot air temperature and large air volume effectively prevent the Chinese medicine components from being volatilized and decomposed by heat. The dried materials are quickly solidified and become non-sticky. It integrates low, medium and high pressure spraying. It also solves the key technologies such as tower body and clear pipeline.
